Discover
Our discovery process will help you understand how ServiceNow’s features and functionality differ from Cherwell, and with that knowledge, we can work together to define your vision, business objectives, and success metrics for this migration. Prepare

Launch & Support
Now that we’ve gone through discovery, planning, and design, it’s time for the moment of truth. By now, enough staff should have met training requirements. We’ll work with you and identify the optimal date to import core data from Cherwell into ServiceNow based on the rate of change you anticipate for your data.
